1. Where will my order be shipped from?
We operate multiple warehouses worldwide, including locations in Europe and North America. Depending on your delivery address and available stock, your order will automatically be dispatched from the nearest suitable warehouse.
We offer free worldwide shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days.
2. How do returns work?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Before returning any item, please contact us at support@keepva.com so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
3. Is the KEEPVA FitScan app free to use?
Yes. The Fitdays app is free to download and use.
You can view your body composition data, monitor changes over time and access your reports with no monthly subscription fee.
4. Can multiple people use the KEEPVA FitScan?
Yes. The KEEPVA FitScan is designed for the whole family and can help distinguish between users based on their individual body data.
The scale can store measurement data locally, while the Fitdays app supports up to 24 user profiles, allowing each person to track their own progress separately and privately.
5. How accurate is the KEEPVA FitScan?
The FitScan can achieve a correlation of up to 98% with DEXA measurements, according to the referenced validation data.
DEXA is widely used as a reference method for assessing body composition.
6. What is the difference between FitScan’s 8 electrodes and a standard 4-electrode scale?
Most conventional smart scales use electrodes located only beneath the feet. The electrical signal travels mainly through the lower body, which means much of the upper-body composition has to be estimated using algorithms.
The KEEPVA FitScan uses electrodes on both the platform and the hand-held handle. This allows the signal to pass through both the upper and lower body, directly measuring the arms, legs and torso.
By analysing five body segments separately, FitScan provides a more detailed view of fat and muscle distribution than conventional foot-only scales.
According to the referenced validation data, its measurements can show a correlation of up to 98% with DEXA measurements.
7. Is the KEEPVA FitScan compatible with Apple Health and other fitness apps?
The Fitdays app can sync your measurement data with major health platforms, including Apple Health and Samsung Health, as well as other supported health services.
Once your scale has been connected and configured, your measurements can be transferred to Fitdays and then synced with compatible third-party platforms.
8. Why does the scale have a hand-held handle?
The handle is an essential part of the 8-electrode full-body measurement system.
When you hold it during measurement, it creates a complete measurement path through both the upper and lower body. This allows the scale to directly analyse your arms and torso instead of estimating them solely from measurements taken through the feet.
Unlike many other body composition scales, the FitScan handle also features a colour display, allowing you to check key results comfortably without constantly looking down at the scale or reaching for your phone.
